There is no need to obtain a referral from your Doctor. However, if you have seen your GP about the problem it is worth getting any relevant information that you may have to show to your physiotherapist at your assessment.

The number of sessions varies between each individual and depends on your problem. The number of sessions likely required will be discussed after your initial assessment.

Wear clothes that you feel comfortable in however please ensure the area that requires treatment is easily accessible. For example if you wish for treatment on your knee it would be sensible to dress in shorts or a skirt.

Cash or bank transfer are both accepted. Payment is required after each appointment.

Please give 24 hours notice to cancel where possible otherwise cancellations fees may apply.

Appointment will involve a detailed assessment which includes taking a verbal history and completing a physical assessment of your problem/injury. The findings will be discussed along with your management options. Treatment is included in your first session.
